Customers who register with White Pages Canada to add personal informnation/listing must accept and comply with following terms and conditions.

NON-COMMERCIAL USE
Organizations, companies, or businesses may not become members and should not use the White Pages Canada for commercial purposes. This service is meant for personal use of the individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial activities. The following include illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website: collection of usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or linking to the website will be investigated, and the appropriate legal actions will be taken, including without limitation, criminal, civil and injunctive redress.

REGISTRATION
In order to be able to publish personal information, users need to register. Registration is limited to one account per user. By registering with White Pages Canada, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and maintain and update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

EDITORIAL RIGHTS
White Pages Canada is completely authorized to remove the online listings from being online for any reason. Moreover White Pages Canada is authorized to remove a link, modify, resize, and abbreviate the listings.

ERRORS
White Pages Canada will adjust the charges to the customer if their listings contain any error and is caused by the White Pages Canada. Errors can be in the customer's name address or telephone number or in any other information contained in a listing, any omission of listing, or inclusion of any listing without the request of the customer. Charges will be adjusted in proportion the relative importance, if any, of such Errors to the overall listings, as determined by White Pages Canada, acting reasonably.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION/LISTING
The customer agrees and guarantees that that customer is authorized to post the listing, and the listing is not violating any law and rule and holds permits or licences which may be necessary to post the listing in territory requested. When the listing is posted by the customer, the customer acknowledges that White Pages Canada shall not bear any liability with regards to the content, graphical norms or physical appearance of the listing.

OWNERSHIP OF LISTING
The customer grants to White Pages Canada a perpetual, nation-wide and free licence to use and reproduce in any manner whatsoever any intellectual property rights which it may own or for which it has a license for the purpose of being embodied in the listing.

MODIFICATIONS
White Pages Canada may, from time to time, unilaterally modify the Contract if such modifications do not substantially affect the rights and obligations of the customer. Customers will agree to all such from the moment he is informed thereof.

PRIVACY PROVISIONS
Customer acknowledges that all information provided to White Pages Canada is correct. Customer agrees that the information would be used to manage the customer's file (credit, billing, collection) with regard to the application for listing. Moreover the customer's file will be accessible, when necessary, to employees or representatives of White Pages Canada in the performance of their duties. The customer authorizes White Pages Canada to include the customer's name, address and telephone number(s) on its nominative list of customers for purposes of marketing and to give this list to its contracting partners for the same purposes; the customer reserves the right to cancel such authorization at any time, upon a written or verbal request to White Pages Canada.

JURISDICTION
The Contract is governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the courts of the city of Toronto shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.

LIMITATION
When this Contract is entered into in the Province of Ontario, no action, whether based in contract, tort (including any action based on negligence), or otherwise arising out of this Contract may be brought by the customer unless, within one (1) year after such cause of action arose, the customer gave notice in writing to White Pages Canada of his intention to bring such action.
